Tour guide leads the clients through the memorial complex gates and gate guard, and requests clients to wait at the meeting point ( a large world map painted on the pavement in the centre of the complex) whilst tour guide collects the clients' entry tickets for the tour at the ticket window. Clients have an exact time printed on their ticket which their tour begins.Clients all meet together with the guide and go to the gate at the time their tour begins, an usher will admit those whose time is printed on the ticket ONLY at that specific time. Clients will watch a 30 minute movie about brief history of the Pearl Harbour war with Japan. After the movie, clients are ushered onto a large ferry and requested to find a seat. The ferry will take the clients out to the Arizona Memorial (approximately 15 minute ride) out in the sea. Clients have 15 min - to half hour if they need it) to walk around the memorial, view names on the memorial wall, see the ship remains in the sea, oil residue on the sea from the ship, and slowly return to the ferry and back to the main complex on land. On the main complex there are many tourist shops, food places, vending machines for drinks, other ships to walk on ( costs are extra to visit these other ships, ) After clients finish Arizona memorial visit from the ferry, there is time for visiting the souvenir shops for ALL kinds of memorabilia from the wars, t-shirts, books (sometimes the author of a book or a Pearl Harbour survivor will be present for signings/questions etc), snack places, photo opportunities. If the clients come earlier than the appointed time, they are requested to meet at a meeting point (large world map painted on pavement) and have time for souvenir shop, snack shop, wandering around, before tour .
