This is not your average, every day tour, but a trip through the oldest flavors of Florence and Tuscany! In this trip we will discover what wine is in its most antiquated form, passing from the Culla D’Oro of Panzano, crossing the Greve river, to arrive in the Radda hills to see from afar the Brolio castle, atop Gaiole- everything that is stamped with the signature of CHIANTI! In one of the oldest and most famous cantinas of Florence, we discover and appreciate what “Tuscan Wine” really means. Our journey will be followed by a trip to one of the most characteristic and visited restaurants in Florence, where we will go to taste plates typical of Florence, to get to know the culture of Tuscan food and its traditions. The simplicity of some recipes reminds us of the satirical songs of Gian Burrasca, the old Aretini proverbs, the most absurd stories of the Florentine piazza’s. Between “pappe”, and “crostini”, “fagioli” and “ragù”, we find ourselves in front of the Florentine triumph, where its legend travels beyond the sea to a new world...THE FLORENTINE STEAK!
