We take a private boat to visit the most important communities which will let us enjoy stunning views of the lake and its three volcanoes. As well as learn about the culture, traditions, and costumes. We start from Panajachel or wherever you stay on the Lake Atitlan to head to San Juan La Laguna, my hometown to see natural dyes weavings and primitive paintings. We will also enjoy seeing the different murals made by the local artist, which reflect the life and culture of the tzutujil people, then we continue to Santiago Atitlan, the capital of the Mayan tzutujil tribe where we visit the most antique Catholic Church as well as Maximon a Mayan idol. We also get to see a lot of handcrafts and have a traditional lunch there if it's desired. We finish in Santa Catarina Palopo a small village inhabited by Kaq'chikeles people another Mayan Tribe on the Lake. Then we return to your place where you stay.
