Cancellation Policy

Testmylife offers Life sellers to choose from three standard cancellation policies. These policies we will apply to both guest and Life sellers for your protection. Each listing and reservation on Testmylife will show the cancellation policy for each package. Furhter, sellers have to specify non-refundable costs (e.g. concert tickets) in the offer. Guests can cancel their life package and review any penalties for doing so, in the purchased section of your profile. Once viewing your purchases, select your package and hit cancel.

24 hours cancel: Full refund 24 hours before the event

Full refund 24 hours before the event.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the event, or if the buyer does not show up or cancels during the event.

Adaptive 5 days cancel: Full refund 5 days before arrival date

Full refund 5 days before the first day of the event.
50% Refund 24 hours before the event.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the event, or if the buyer does not show up or cancels during the event.

Fix 30 days cancel: Full refund 30 days before arrival date

Full refund 30 days before the first day of the event.
50% Refund 24 hours before the event.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the event, or if the buyer does not show up or cancels during the event.

Testmylife Service Fee

Currently Testmylife has no service fee.

Complaints, problems and incidents

If a complaint from either party arises, notice must be given to Testmylife within 24 hours of arrival or any incident. Testmylife will moderate when required, and has the final say in all issues.
You can only cancel online.
A Life package is not canceled until the cancellation confirmation e-mail from Testmylife is sent to the guest. To receive your cancellation email, proceed to your purchases page and follow the cancellation process. When the cancellation e-mail is not received, contact the Testmylife customer service department here.
